How It Works?
We make it easy to go from curious to career-ready in just 2 weeks. Here’s what to expect.
Step 1: Enroll Online
choose your class date and fill out a short form to get started.
Step 2: Complete Online Lessons
You’ll complete 60 hours of online training over 10 days. We recommend setting aside at least 6 hours a day to stay on track
Step 3: Attend Clinicals
Join us in Union, NJ for 2 full days of hands-on training. You must finish the online portion before attending.
Step 4: Take the State Exam
The state exam is scheduled the Monday after clinicals. We'll walk you through the entire process.
Step 5: Get Referred to Agencies
Once you pass, we’ll help you apply to home care agencies currently hiring CHHAs

Do You Provide Job Placement Assistance?
At Radiant Medical Training, we help CHHA graduates find work through our partnerships with home health agencies.
While we can’t guarantee employment, we offer:
- Referrals to agencies hiring certified HHAs
- Resume assistance
- Support after you pass the state exam and receive your certificate
Who qualifies?
Job placement is available to CHHA graduates who complete the course and pass the state exam.
Do I need to apply?
No ,it’s included automatically unless you opt out.

Important: If you don’t finish the coursework before clinicals and don’t reach out, you’ll have to re-enroll and repay tuition to continue.

Can I finish the course in just a few days instead of 2 weeks?
The course is designed to be completed in 10 days, with built-in timers on each lesson to meet NJ Board of Nursing requirements. While it’s self-paced, you won’t be able to rush through it in just a few days. We recommend setting aside about 6 hours a day to stay on track.
